We specialise in three different types of property - coastal, golf resorts and inland rural property that many people regard as the “real Spain” these are all located in the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida regions.
We have over 18 years experience of property sales in the UK and we have now been established for 5 years on the Costa Blanca. Our customer service and working practices are based on old fashioned values using our traditions of UK estate agency to make our predominantly British and Irish clientele feel at home with the ‘unique’ buying process in Spain.

The properties we have are predominantly resale as we feel this type of property offers the best value for money for our clients. We don’t hold expensive exhibitions in the UK, we don’t spend a fortune on advertising or expensive overheads, this allows us to keep our costs down and enables us to offer our customers an excellent service together with cost effective property prices.
